RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
At f*ck parkinsons, most of our products are made-to-order specifically for each purchase. Because of this, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or buyer’s remorse.
However, if something arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, we’ll absolutely work with you to make it right.
Return & Replacement Eligibility
To be eligible for a replacement or refund, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at:

Please include:
- your order number,
- a description of the issue,
- and clear photos of the item and packaging if applicable.
We may not be able to process claims submitted after 14 days from delivery.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives:
- damaged,
- defective,
- incorrectly printed,
- or you received the wrong item,
please contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.
In many cases, you will not be required to return the item before receiving a resolution.
Sizing & Order Responsibility
Please review all size charts and product details carefully before placing your order.
Because products are made-to-order, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for:
- incorrect size selection,
- ordering the wrong color or variant,
- or changes of mind after purchase.
If you are unsure about sizing before ordering, feel free to contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- sale items,
- gift cards,
- personalized/custom items,
- or products that have been worn, washed, altered, or used.
Refunds
If your refund request is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

- banks and credit card providers may take additional time to process refunds,
- and processing times can vary depending on your payment provider.

European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have certain rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
However, many of our products are produced on-demand specifically for each order. As a result, certain items may not be eligible for cancellation or return once production has begun.
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
